Lee Cruz, originally from Tampa FL, earned a full athletic scholarship for baseball and attended University of Tampa. As MVP and national player of the year in 2006 he led the Spartans to the world series pennant and was then drafted by the Chicago White Sox. He married his college sweetheart and started a family. After 7 dedicated years and earning triple A status he recognized that his true passion was his wife and children. He retired from baseball in 2012 and moved to St Louis at which point he began exploring career options. In 2016 a door was opened into the autobody world and Lee began working as a paint touch up specialist. As Lee sought career growth, he expanded his area of expertise and pursued training and certification in PDR. Not only has Lee found great satisfaction in his job, but realized he is uniquely qualified because his hand eye coordination and strength from baseball lend itself well to the expertise needed for PDR work. Additionally he has a true appreciation for cars, takes pride in his work, and enjoys working with customers. In his free time, Lee enjoys being with his family, playing baseball and helping coach his son's baseball team. He is a member of Scared Heart Parish.
